Check the image I used in post 13 of this thread. Those are swat officers in camo. Between 300 and 400 showed up from all over the state to hunt this killer down. I saw one yesterday, a friend, that was feet away from this killer when the shots were fired. He was concealed under a tree and only his hand was visible. A hand which sprung out aiming a gun just 15-20 feet away from this wall of machine gun armed officers. The same gun he took from officer Matt Williams and executed him with... And Dioge his K9, (pronounced D O G) was also killed with the same weapon. I think the officers used restraint when you look at the facts and do the math.
He should have listened to the Sheriff Grady Judd, “If you surrender peacefully, that’s the way we prefer it,”!

I was present on this Sunday, July 74 when the killer of this officer was captured. There was one hell of a fight between the officers, as to take the killer alive. Major Yonkman prevailed.
The killer was sentenced to death but died in prison.
