110 rounds fired-68 hits. that seems like an excessive amount of missing. sloppy. He shot killed their fellow cop. They shot him. Case closed.
(Normally I oppose spray and pray....though shots to hits here is a better proportion than the NYPD Amadou Diallo shooting where 4 cops fired a combined total of 41 shots, 19 of which struck Diallo. Of course Diallo’s crime was reaching for his wallet )
