I never fully trusted Romney. I voted for him, but I always had doubts. Here’s what I don’t get about the #NeverTrumps. They claim that they are the “real” conservatives. They say we can’t trust Trump because he was once liberal. If that is true, then why were so many of them okay with voting for for Romney (like the Mormons) who was also liberal and flipped for the election? Romney always seemed more disingenuous and was able to talk in political speak to spin things. Romney is proving this election that he is liberal after all because no conservative would want Hillary Clinton in office appointing multiple Supreme Court justices.
