AMEN!!!!!!!!
We will never know what would have happened but the way Trump has been received, I think he would have won easily as an independent but has an uphill battle in the GOP.
If there were a large number of serious GOP “rebels” similar in any way to Trump at the House or Senate level, Trump could have been part of a “take back our party” effort, but there are few if any “outsiders” to have such a movement.
Cruz is interesting, as he seemed a year ago as a force of change, but his failure to align with Trump really makes the GOP look completely hostile towards their nominee.
Trump’s strong allies are not politicians.
A third party could have made the “uniparty” point but when he is part of one half of the uniparty it gets very awkward.
The mormons are preppers, The LDS has been telling members to keep a years worth of food storage for years. They also own ancestry and squash any competitors in that field. They believe in baptism of the dead and ancestry’s database/computer syetem is kept in a huge cave under a mountain that’s basically a huge hunk of rock.
This along with the white horse prophecy thing makes me think they’re ready for the world to end NOW and Trump’s postponing it, curse him.
What’s with these cults founded by polygamist pedophiles? They sure seem to get plenty of followers. Dark perversion parading as religion.
Utah business elites are people like Mitt Romney. They'd take a position similar to Romney even without any behind the scenes activity on Romney's part. So Mitt doesn't have to do any behind the scenes wheeling and dealing.
His non-endorsement or anti-endorsement has already had its effect. Anything more wouldn't have much effect and could even be counterproductive.
But even now, people love stories with Mitt Romney as a supervillain.
I stand by what I said. The Mormon Mafia is #NeverTrump. #NeverTrump = a vote for Hillary. The Constitution, much less the Bible, has nothing to do with it.
“Principled conservative” is neither. So take your “utterly ridiculous statement” and shove it.
