So it was okay for that one team who wore T-shirts saying “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” lie when they ran out onto the field.

There is a big difference...the Cowboys REQUESTED and were denied due to strict uniform rules....

The ACTIONS of individuals that wasn’t sanctioned by the league and even the coach was unaware were the actions of individuals...

The NFL decided to take a hands off approach and not find them which during that time as a company was probably the right thing to do. Was it right or wrong? Only time will tell but given the tenor of the country at the time and probably 70% or greater being black athletes it probably was a good business decision...remember the NFL is a business acting in its own best interests of that and its owners
