Chief Political Correspondent Amrit Singh asked Weld about his views on guns. That is when they become, essentially a weapon of mass destruction. These two are nothing close to libertarians. Johnson at least has a few liberty-based beliefs, but Weld is a big-government Massachusetts loser.

The usual Libertarian argument is that the individual should be able to match the government in weaponry, an thus argue over whether strategic arms limitation treaties between the US and Russia apply to individual citizens’ nuclear arsenals or only to the governments’. < /slight exaggeration>
