My two outstanding questions:

1. Is she going to lose her law license?

2. Is she going to jail if convicted?

Hopefully both but likely neither.

Her law license is already suspended, she argued that she could conduct her official business without one.
She’ll probably retain her AG spot from house arrest.
Jails are for us, not them.

The PA Supreme Court did (temporarily) suspend her law license as of Sept. 2015. I imagine that will become permanent when/if she is convicted, since she is not actually a Clinton.

Meanwhile, she is in the remarkable situation of serving as a state’s Atty General with her law license suspended.

Apparently her feuds and political vendettas involve fellow Democraps, which explains how she became vulnerable to this sort of prosecution, I suppose.

re #2 I expect she will serve some time, but who knows...
