It would if France had a third amendment. When you look at the demographics of those "migrants", they are an invading and occupying army.

Does France still have their famed foreign legion? If so, it would be logical to skim any cream out of that crop and recolonize at least a part of North Africa or the Maghreb.

That is FAR too logical..., if our Constitution was not considered "Evolving" by the Judiciary today! Eventually, to paraphrase a famous discourse in the movie "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre"..., "Constitution..., we don't need no stinkin' Constitution"!
