Tourists are turning their backs on France due to fears of terrorist attacks, with the wealthiest being the most likely not to come, a government minister has said.

It is perhaps inevitable that many of the millions of visitors to France would change their travel plans after repeated terror attacks.

But certain groups of tourists are have been put off more than others

Overall since the start of 2016 the number of nights spent in France by foreign visitors has dropped by 10 percent. And things are not looking too bright for the months to come with travel data company ForwardKeys saying international flight bookings are down by 20 percent for August and September. …

My mother and some of her friends are going on a Seine cruise in September, Paris to Normandy. They say that at their age, late 70s to early 80s, they can roll the dice and book the discounts!

God bless them! I have they have a fantastic time and get home safely. The trip sounds lovely. :)

My Libtard sister in law ignores travel danger. She was landing at the Nice, France airport when the murderous muslim was running people over. She stayed in a hotel on that same street. Then she spent 2 weeks on a cruise in the French Riviera.

Here’s the kicker, she is now starting a 3 year job in.....wait for it....Qatar!!!

She travels all over, for years and years. Makes an insanely high salary as a superintendent of public schools here.

She thinks we are zenophobic rubes for not wanting to travel Europe and places like Turkey and Egypt, Cuba and China,,,you would not believe the list of places she’s been to, sometimes several times to the same country.

She has left this week for Qatar. Some muzzie hired her and she said it’s “a lot” of money. She is used to A LOT of money from property tax payers paying her superintendent salary. So that muzzie is really giving her big bucks.

Even her libtard parents think going there is dangerous.

My husband and I think she will be lucky to return with her head still attached.

But what do we know...only common sense that says “stay away from muslims.”

one muslim woman beggar

Traditionally a Muslim woman rejected by her husband has to beg or die.

I went to Germany in Oct. 2008 before the muslim takeover of our White House. I will never return to Germany. There were muslims there way back then, but that was before they started attacking everyone. Glad I went when I did.

Always wanted to go to France, ever since I took a few years of French Class in high school and college. I know now I will never go there.

A snub is refusing to go to a state because men are not allowed in the women's bathroom.

Avoiding France or Iran is practical.

I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of hassling of women that I saw, particularly since I had my 14-year old step-daughter along. She is quite attractive, and I was dreading the trip before we went. But there were no issues, or even any inappropriate stares or anything as far as I could see (and I was quite vigilant). Probably doesn’t hurt that I’m 6’ tall, 195 lbs., and active in Tae Kwon Do, cycling, and hiking...

You have a point. :)

I'm glad that you and your stepdaughter and your family had a nice trip. She's lucky to have you as a protector. :)

My daughter just turned 17 and gosh....you feel so protective, because they begin to have a woman's body, but not the world experience to deal with some of what they might face.

you don’t have to be “wealthy” to NOT want to visit a third or fourth-world IslamoNazi colony full of violent Moslem murder gangs

France has been sold out by its ruling elite. The French people are in such a sad situation......

and the very same thing is happening to much of the rest of Europe, UK, USA, and now Canada

being SOLD OUT to the enemy sworn to conquer and subjugate us

one can only wonder where the traitor-elites think they are gonna go live? (once their bloody seditious sell-out job is done, they’re of no more use to the IslamoNazis...)

I went to Paris some 25 years ago and it stunk...literally...so, with all those Moooslims now it must be enough to gag a maggot.

Ugh! Exactly! Not looking forward to the next few years... Oh well. All I can do is try to give her guidance and support as best I can. She's also very bright (National Junior Honor Society, Principal's List every quarter through 8th grade (Catholic High School), and she's a Tae Kwon Do black belt herself :-)

She sounds like a stellar young woman! You must be very proud!

And good for her that she's a black belt! That's awesome. She'll be able to hold her own. My Dad had my sister and me take judo classes for self-protection when we were young teens.

Have to log off; it was chatting with you, FRiend. :) All the best to you and yours! :)

Thanks. You too. Canada isn’t the States, but it’s not a bad place to be. I’ve done some great skiing trips there (Whistler, Lake Louise, Fernie), have relatives there, and have mostly found Canadians to be really good people.

Exactly. I have one family member and several coworkers who have visited France. Every single one of them said they’ll never go back, and advised me not to even consider it. (I wasn’t) That was before all the Muslim refugee invasion and rape/crime/terror threat. To get me to go to France now you’d have to pay me so much I could hire a stunt double to go for me.

The French should appeal to Arab nations to send their tourists to make up the difference.

As is usual for us Americans, we travel far and wide rather than check out the good stuff here at home. Enjoy the Fest!
