Ok, so what’s the suspect’s description? Was it a traffic stop or were they serving a warrant or did they track down a perp from some other activity?

Lots of meth in that area. Lots of PWT. Amish population is VERY low. Lots of Latinos though. That area is known as the "chicken finger", a demographic area of Arkansas that has LOTS of chicken farms.
75% white, 20% Latino, 2% native Americans, <1% Asian, <1% black....
