Covering up a murder to protect a political ally will be a new low for the media. It might even be accessory after the fact.

I would say they are and could be charged for it, but yet again nothing happens to them. See we get parking tickets,and speeding tickets, they get away with putting servers in basements, send classified info, take illegal money off Govs, lie about it and then they can run for President or get a promotion.
