Andrew Zimmern, on Travel Ch., goes all over the world talking and tasting foods of different cultures. ...Many use the blood of animals in their foods. Andrew eats fried blood , etc., and says it is excellent.
All over the world? I used to enjoy blood sausage as a teen from Minnesota. Usually at Christmas IIRC, along with all the other traditions. (Although I think only my grandma and dad liked the Lutefisk).
“...as well as a human blood substitute.”
So is that found in the Deli aisle or the Pharmacy section?
