“I’m having real trouble with the polls this year.”
The number I look at when the polls come out is the comparison to the senate race. Many of the battleground states also have key senate races this year.
The numbers are more than concerning.
In the Pennsylvania poll that just came out today, Clinton leads Trump by 10 %. Toomey is losing his senate race by 2 %. The top of the ticket running 8 % below the rest is a real drag on the ballot.
Yesterday a poll came out in Georgia. Trump is down 7 % but Isackson is up 9 %. Again Trump is running far below the senate candidate.

Surely you see the obvious disconnect with reality in those polling results. If Trump were doing as badly as many polls claim he is, he’d be pulling the down ticket races into negative territory.
