The letter is in effect Hillary’s medical record that have been asked for. The letterhead is from the Medical center and not the one shown in the post above

The letter from the NYT link was written for public consumption. IF the memos on twitter are authentic, big IF, they were not written for public consumption but for in house use only, and not for Hitlery either, so there would be no reason to use official letterhead.
