Rush has to appease his NeverTrump friends and associates like FOX News, Clear Channel, Bushes, etc. While at the same time not lose audience. It's a hard thing to balance.

Rush is kind of sly about his weak support of Trump.

Rush will read something negative from the media and repeat it over and over. And not just 2 or 3 times, but more like 7 or 8 times.

Then he will say, ‘I didn’t say it, the media did. I was just reporting it.’
