The Patriot Outpost post is probably legit. It’s the sources they’re quoting that are bogus.
The whole dialog with the 538 guy is pure fiction that was posted at the satire site “realtruenews”. Patriot Outpost apparently fell for it.
Check out the site. It is clearly satirical, and probably designed to bait and sucker conservatives.

Yeah, I knew it came from another source. Satirical or not, though the other factors I mention about energy, voter registration, “juicing” polls are all real.
