Ha! It is funny you mention wine! I actually asked about that. The physician said to enjoy the wine before your meal....🷠I personally think having some of the wine before the meal is nice, but simply sipping small amounts during the meal enhances the meal.🷠I believe the intent of the limitations are to protect the integrity of the protein first theory... I don’t see how sipping the wine would be counter productive. Drinking large amounts of water during the meal would be a different story! ðŸ·
