I don’t think the “endorsement” helps Ryan or McCain and I don’t think it hurts their challengers.
I think it does help Trump though because Preibus, Ryan, and Walker are best friends. It gives their followers permission to vote for Trump.

It was a very frightening and stressful time.
The surgery alone was so intense, that he spent
days in ICU after it.
I found out what I was made of, that’s for sure!
It also brought me closer to God.
