The original claim was that we could ask “any of his suppliers or subcontractors” and that they would support the claim that he hasn’t stabbed them in the back. Well, I garuntee that those effected by his BK’s do feel stabbed in the back. Much like the suppliers and subcontractors that were stabbed in the back by GM.
It is an unavoidable result of claiming bankruptcy, but it is an actual result. To try to state otherwise is folly.

Anyone in business knows that bankruptcies are a fact of life.
Unless you are a supplier or a contractor we have nothing more to say and if you are, and feel more needs to be said, then we need to continue this privately.
