That's not spin. That's your weak premise that Trump somehow bowed to the globalists and Chamber of Commerce to back Ryan.

My analysis is that Trump simply served a volley back into Ryan's home-court. If Ryan concern trolls Trump again, then all bets are off. Ryan is Speaker of the House. He is the most powerful Republican in Washington. If he loses, all good. But if he wins as expected, Trump will have to work with him. And by endorsing him, Ryan will pay more attention to Trump than to his globalist masters.

Trump made his decision based on some other practical reason(s). IMO, Ryan's "global masters" reward him very well and the endorsement just will not have such far reaching leverage. Further, given Ryan publicly violated his pledge of support, I doubt Trump even thought in such terms.

I will give you credit, however, if Ryan continues as Speaker and fully supports Trump's agenda during his terms in office.
