U.S. Senator John McCain recorded a Tokyo Rose-style propaganda message that was broadcast on North Vietnamese radio in 1969. Today on TRUNEWS, host Rick Wiles shares the bombshell audio recording and has released it today on the program. Trunews acquired the audio recording in cooperation with WeSearchR.com, a new media company founded by Charles Johnson.

I heard it already. Last month
I loathe John McCain, but anything he did in an asian POW camp is just survival. The criminals there were the Vietnamese, not some tortured prisoner.

While I agree with your statement, think of the thousands of other POWs who were discouraged beyond comprehension who heard this in disbelief at the time.
It was such an ugly war.
Another point, isn’t this treason? I don’t think he should be charged with treason for the reasons you stated. There were many rumors about this when McCain ran for president.
The songbird has sung
What strange secrets are coming out of so many closets right now in time
I cannot hold this against McCain.
But it doesn’t matter - it is his despicable actions as a senator that I loathe.
He is a pathetic, deeply stupid, ego-maniac. To put it nicely.
>>While I agree with your statement, think of the thousands of other POWs who were discouraged beyond comprehension who heard this in disbelief at the time.
I agree with you. It was an ugly war. But, I think that anyone who was a POW of asians (my uncle was a POW in Korea) will tell you that everyone just strives to survive and to not harm other POWs in the process. They would hear McCain and think, “I hope he got a good meal out of that.” It’s just that basic when you are being held by people who do not consider prisoners to be human anymore.
By the way, the recording of McCain starts at about the 17 min. mark.
The rumors of this have been around for years. I agree a POW situation becomes a survival situation and a lot should be overlooked unless one POW wins favors for himself by betraying fellow POWs. No idea if anything like that happened.
But as a senator, McCain took steps to seal the records of all POWs, including himself, and during the POW/MIA hearings in the early ‘90s, his purpose was more to suppress evidence of possible living POWs rather than to investigate the question thoroughly.
Some among the POW community believe all McCain’s steps at suppressing evidence and sealing records were to suppress any evidence harmful to him. I wonder if the sealed records will ever be opened.
An ego-maniac, yes. Stupid, no.
I observed him closely two years ago, from mere feet away.
He was very sharp.
I am not a McCain fan, but do not underestimate him.
The only reason he keeps running is power.
Point taken. I cannot judge. I am certain I would “fold” under the same circumstances.
But it interesting that people who came forward 8 years ago saying McCain did this were shamed into silence.
His actions speak loudly through the years. Compromising with the Dems is a hint. As well as meeting with Al Queda/ ISIS leaders. The guy has a screw loose. Much to the detriment of this country and others. He can go to hell for all I care. And take his fake, fat, bi0tch daughter with him.
Thank YOU. I'm at the 12 min mark and sick of listening to these Con people.
John McCain WAS an American hero and was deserving of resepct but that time has long past. He has been a crooked US Senator since 1987 so any respect he earned for his military service has been erased by his continued betrayal of the ideals that make this country great.
Past glory does not forgive present sin....
Exactly. McCain is a loathsome piece of dung but everybody who has had the crap kicked out of them under pressure and NOT caved please come to the front of the line.
Alabama Senator Jeremiah Denton and Perot’s VP John Stockdale come to mind...but that’s a short (dead) list.
>>But it interesting that people who came forward 8 years ago saying McCain did this were shamed into silence.
Yes, it is. He had no business running for president because of this. But that’s as far as I’ll condemn his actions.
