I could not agree with you more. Someone os misleading Trump about how to dain voters in an election against a fiere opponent. He has a base. He is destroying the weak supporters and gaining no new ones.
It does not affect the committed Trump or Clinton supporters, but it does affect the Independents greatly.
And you are correct that Trump needs to alter WHAT he talks about.
But "implosion" is a grand exaggeration. And that IS a complete fabrication.
That may have been true in the past, but I fear that this is an election for survival on both sides and we're into Fight Club rules now.

CNN Rigged Poll: Excludes ages 18-49 for questions on Democratic unity, other age groups.
On the question of “democratic party unity,” they leave out frustrated millennials that support Sanders. Specifically, they leave out the 18-49 demographic. These age groups were heavy Sanders supporters. Maybe that’s why CNN didn’t want to include them in their poll. In addition, the poll excludes the 18-34 age group for their Clinton/Kaine match-up with Trump/Pence. In addition, CNN reports the sampling error of +/- 8.5%. This rate is unacceptable using academic standards.
This is just today's example of how far they are willing to go to skew the polls to try to gaslight the public into thinking that Trump is collapsing and Clinton is surging.

I don't believe any of that. We now know in the past the establishment in both parties conspired, along with the media deceptions/manipulations, to get the desired election results to go along with their manipulated polls.
You can give in to their deceptions and manipulations to the point it gives them the desired results but I refuse to. This whole Trump is imploding is exactly what I described in order to get the results they want. The answer is to quit giving them so much power over you. We just need to continue to stand up and expose their lies and manipulations and not cave to them any longer.
