Media trumpeting Trump implosion, but is it real?
Fox News ^ | August 4th, 2016 | By Howard Kurtz

This is what a full-fledged feeding frenzy looks like.

With Donald Trump facing the roughest stretch of his candidacy, the media have moved from questioning his sanity to depicting a campaign in disarray and top Republicans still wondering whether they can dump the nominee.

That won’t happen, of course, but it’s an indication of the toxic nature of the coverage and the flood of anti-Trump leaks now washing across the media landscape.

There’s a natural piling-on effect when campaigns go off the rails: The polls dip, the critics step up their rhetoric, staffers start pointing fingers, and the press keeps the vicious cycle going.

But I’ve never seen anything like this.

Things reached the point yesterday morning that CNBC’s John Harwood tweeted: “Longtime ally of Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign manager: 'Manafort not challenging Trump anymore. Mailing it in. Staff suicidal.'"

I could not agree with you more. Someone os misleading Trump about how to dain voters in an election against a fiere opponent. He has a base. He is destroying the weak supporters and gaining no new ones.

Hillary can’t even match the oversampled percentages of democrats in the polls. It was becoming so obvious that they started labeling democrats as independents. But in all the polls until the fake bump polls, Trump was winning the independents by a wide margin. Also some of the polls are using 6 to 7 percent more women then men to boost her numbers.

New mantra: Obama is the JV president and Hillary is a bench warmer. She gets to play only when they want to run up the score for the other team.

Let me know when his rally crowds are down to Hitlery levels - and then maybe we can worry.

If the gloves ever come off...in terms of a popular uprising A first strike should encompass the silencing of the main media’s ability to broadcast!

That would be a start, then public trials and punishment of those individuals responsible for outright treason against this country.

Until Jeff Sessions says he made a mistake endorsing Trump, as far as I’m concerned it’s not over.

There is no doubt this media storm is having an effect on voter preference.

It does not affect the committed Trump or Clinton supporters, but it does affect the Independents greatly.

And you are correct that Trump needs to alter WHAT he talks about.

But "implosion" is a grand exaggeration. And that IS a complete fabrication.

..."All of this has mushroomed into 'a tsunami' of negative media coverage, with very little scrutiny of Clinton"....

Charlie Daniels twitted...aug.3,2016

.."The degree of naivety in this nation is shocking and the excuses they make for Hillary's lies and deception are even more so.".....

An implosion would be a candidate inviting voters to a media event, and having to bus in paid bystanders. Many, many buses. Or forcing high school children to fill the seats because few adults attended. And only up to a hundred people attending. Versus the opposing candidate who continues to draw tens of thousands of cheering supporters where fire marshals block others from attending.

Yup, Hillary is imploding, can't even get a few hundred to show at her events. Trump is doing just fine.

CNBC’s John Harwood is the worst of the worst He pops his vile little head up every election cycle and does the hitman dirty work for the Dems. Everytime he does this, it turns out to be a total lie.

But that’s his thing..he stands up and volunteers to do it.

“Are lies by chronic liars “real”?”

Cognitive dissonance or doublethink.

Recall from Orwell’s book, Winston’s torturer O’Brien actually believed he could float like a soap bubble.
If he wanted to, as he said, but he didn’t care to, so he didn’t.
But he actually believed it. It’s the same twisted thinking that allowed Dan Blather to utter the gem, “fake, but accurate”.

In Oceania they set aside the bubble BS when doing stuff that really mattered, like navigation, building weapons, etc. Here in our dystopian present, in supporting Hitlery and tearing down Trump, the `rats, RsAT and their MSM allies—they all float like soap bubbles. Their disinformation and lies may be fake but they believe it to be accurate, knowing it to be fraud.

Capiche? They’re as crazy as March hares.

It is an “implosion” if it is all that is in the media up to the election. I think the MSM has figured out that the MSM has unwittingly been played masterfully by Trump and has determined that Trump’s “meltdown” is all that they will talk about now, regardless of whatever else happens or is said.

I am furious at this, and, I listened to Rush’s monologue today (8/4 Thursday) and he pissed me off. He is talking about it like it is real...i.e., just because you say something, therefore it is true.

It is a big, hacking lie and meant to discourage us.

The is no outlet including PPP and Rasmussen we can trust; they all have vested interest in business as usual, eat at the trough of the establishment.

Yes, I did include PPP and Rasm. in that bunch...why did I do that? Think about it, will any other organization who has the same interest in this grand conspiracy to sink Trump hold the other groups accountable? NO, they will not,so they can spew any “statistics” they want with impunity.

Believe no one at all. Pray hard.
