This is what a full-fledged feeding frenzy looks like.
With Donald Trump facing the roughest stretch of his candidacy, the media have moved from questioning his sanity to depicting a campaign in disarray and top Republicans still wondering whether they can dump the nominee.
That won’t happen, of course, but it’s an indication of the toxic nature of the coverage and the flood of anti-Trump leaks now washing across the media landscape.
There’s a natural piling-on effect when campaigns go off the rails: The polls dip, the critics step up their rhetoric, staffers start pointing fingers, and the press keeps the vicious cycle going.
But I’ve never seen anything like this.
Things reached the point yesterday morning that CNBC’s John Harwood tweeted: “Longtime ally of Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign manager: 'Manafort not challenging Trump anymore. Mailing it in. Staff suicidal.'"

I was taught in school that a negative times a negative is a positive so therefore it must be real.

I gave up on TV news over a decade ago, but listened to Fox News on the radio yesterday. It was astonishingly depressing, one anti-Trump report after another, each one feeding on the others, each pretending to be “news”. They were creating an alternative reality.
As much as it affected me, I can’t imagine how it affects people who watch this garbage regularly.
Strangely enough, this is one of the most fair and balanced pieces I’ve read on the campaign since it began.

Herself is proving to be the low-energy, fainted-hearted reluctant warrior that people suspected the Jeb Bush would have been. Now, in a one-on-one match, Jeb Bush would have been easily bested by the mediocrity that the Democrats have chose to put up as their “champion” this election cycle, and in the original scenario, it would have been highly successful.
But The Donald has kicked all the old rules in the head, and stood everything upon its collective ear. The Democrats honestly do not know how to deal with The Donald, as he does not understand the concept of retreat, or if he does, it is only for those who chose to try to tackle him.
The Donald is NOT an attacker, certainly not a first-strike kamikazi suicide dive bomber, but he DOES counter-punch, almost always with astonishing and paralyzing force. So far none of the attacks launched has done much more than merely cosmetic damage to The Donald, which is quickly repaired, and replied to in even greater measure. Something about not bringing fists to a knife fight, or a knife to a gun fight.

They’re currently protecting her from the public seeing the seizures she’s been having on the trail.....and she’s basically “snoozing” whenever possible just to do this much. It’s not working well for er.
Therefore you will see Hillary doing a lot of “Company Tours” which avoids public appearances.....and also Obama out there and others ,including the media, excusing and hiding her health failures and carrying the weight for her.

So when the polls show Trump leading does that mean people didn’t want free shit?
Just now... of the few times I listened to Rush he has it right on. The establishment is in panic mode and is generating all the media attacks now.
Truth:
1) The . . “well, the election is still months away” sanctuary is a no longer valid. Reason: Early voting. Big chunks of the total aren’t voted in November. Much earlier.
2) The “this poll over sampled Democrats” sanctuary is also not valid. The target is always the last election. Democrats continue to lead registration totals. A poll showing more Dems than GOP is as it should be. The independents might be undersampled, and that’s a valid issue, but more Dems than GOP in a poll is a poll correctly sampled.
3) More women than men vote. Period. Without deep inroads into the women vote, there is no chance.
The Trump “meltdown” is a massive psy-op designed to discourage. It is not working. Trump rallies are larger than ever, whereas Jezabel has to bus people in to attend hers.
That may have been true in the past, but I fear that this is an election for survival on both sides and we're into Fight Club rules now.

CNN Rigged Poll: Excludes ages 18-49 for questions on Democratic unity, other age groups.
On the question of “democratic party unity,” they leave out frustrated millennials that support Sanders. Specifically, they leave out the 18-49 demographic. These age groups were heavy Sanders supporters. Maybe that’s why CNN didn’t want to include them in their poll. In addition, the poll excludes the 18-34 age group for their Clinton/Kaine match-up with Trump/Pence. In addition, CNN reports the sampling error of +/- 8.5%. This rate is unacceptable using academic standards.
This is just today's example of how far they are willing to go to skew the polls to try to gaslight the public into thinking that Trump is collapsing and Clinton is surging.

I would take into consideration polls that are very targeted and don’t show drastic, sudden swings.
