The Supreme Court decided Wednesday to put a hold on a ruling that would have required a Virginia school district to allow a transgender high school student to use the boy's bathroom.
The eight justices split 5-3, with Democrat-appointed Justice Stephen Breyer siding with the Republican-appointed judges that the Gloucester County public school system does not have to accommodate student Gavin Grimm's request to use the bathroom of his choice.

Until patriots elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices, we’re probably never going to hear the corrupt Supreme Court clarify that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect politically correct LGBT “rights.”
The people decide nothing anymore. Otherwise we would have a bunch Constitution amendments up for consideration out there.
Gender is based on what’s between your ears. Bathroom facilities are traditionally divided by sex, not gender.
I’m referring to Scalia’s replacement being chosen by the next President, who will be elected by the People. So the People will decide how this case is decided, because we know the 8 current Justices are evenly split.
Based on the case description, it is a girl who says I’m a boy, validate me, I want to use the boy’s bathroom, showers, locker room.

Your biology is irrelevant, whatever gender you feel is what you are. They even say the brain is wrong for the body, but to change the body, not solve the mental illness.
