Following Gold Star father Khizr Khans powerful speech at the Democratic convention last week, sales of pocket Constitutions have skyrocketed. But the edition topping Amazons charts right up there with the new Harry Potter book comes with annotations and right-wing commentary from Glenn Becks favorite conspiracy theorist ....
blah, blah, blah

I hope they’re reading the Article that says the USA has to admit folks regardless of religion. Oh, wait ....
There’s a silver lining in every cloud....................
Well I don’t see how they could miss that /s
Thanks. That’s definitely more condensed than the biography of him at the link.
THAT was a mistake, Khan.
“Ultra right edition” means that any mention of phrases like “shall not be infringed” are printed in bold face.
Buying doesn’t imply reading.....
>
At least people are reading the damn Constitution.
>
Reading != comprehension; not that the plain English of the Const. requires so much abstract thought either...
Maybe (hope) some will get down to the 5th and 13th and start asking questions that won’t bode well for the next Town Hall meeting
>
If real Americans read their Constitution as religiously as real Christians read their Bible, this nation wouldnt be in the deep $hit its in.
>
Dead wrong, I’m afraid. 100yrs.+ ago, you had a Nation that knew BOTH. Alone, waves of immigrants knowing the (C) back\forwards.
Yet, they still allowed all that culminates today: 16th (which, IMO, is void vs. 5th/13th), ‘gun control’, SS, MediXYZ, Fed. Reserve, Welfare State, explosive growth of Dept\Agencies outside of A1S8...
And, not a shot fired in the coup.
Unintended (positive) consequences!
The Constitution is Ultra-Right?
What the hell kind of a world has this become?
Agreed - the Constitution should NOT be right-wing!

An UPSIDE DOWN ONE!!!
1) I don't know about the "rabid" thing. It sounds like the kind of polemical phraseology that should have died when the Soviet Union passed on.
2) If you have to be rabid about something, anti-Communism isn't the worst option you could choose.
3) Sure, Skousen was a nut, but he took his main theory from Bill Clinton's old professor Carroll Quigley. There may have been more questionable additions, but in essence Skousen turned Quigley on his head, taking what Quigley said and calling what Quigley liked bad and what Quigley hated good.
Put up a free Kindle copy of the 2016 US Federal Budget & see how many downloads that gets.
That’s a great poster, I’ve never seen that before.
Short, concise, accurate, and interesting to look at.
Post it often!
I LOVE watching the proggies’ unintended consequences unfold!
And the ACLU is all out of theirs:

“Ultra right” as in reading it in it’s original text ultra right?
During those days America would not allow “certain” people into the country, ie, people with TB, syphilis, and other communicable diseases.
Our government also put a stop to immigration for some years because the people were not integrating and were keeping their own languages. When the government saw people integrating, they opened the gates to immigration again.
Read Jefferson’s handling of the muslims along the Mediterranean Sea between the coasts of Morocco, Algiers, Tripoli. Of course that was a time of real MEN, as compared to the girly boys we’ve elected to protect our America.
