On Morning Joe, in the wake of recent comments by Donald Trump including his criticism of the Gold Star Khan family, Joe Scarborough says that he has been contacted by Republicans, conservatives and what the media would call right-wing bloggers to inquire about Trumps mental health. Scarborough says everybody is talking about it.
Scarborough went on to say Ive known him for a decade, never seen him act like this before. Its unhinged, not the Donald Trump Ive known for over a decade. I never have seen anything remotely resembling this type of behavior from a guy who Ive known and liked and called a friend.

Jackson was the original Dmocrat.
Even crap would call that comment crap. I saw his last rally.... razor sharp and to the point. He is energized and spot on. Stop watching the damn news if you are going to be so gullible.
The damn polls were off by as much as 30% in the primaries. Stop looking at them if you are going to be so damn gullible.
The only thing Trump needs to do is to get some PACs moving and start hitting Hillary hard in the media. His public appearances aren't going to get him over the top. Trump.... media ads please!
This is a great analysis.
But also we cannot only zero in on politics, after all, mental health issues can devastate anyone of all political stripes and social status, look at Joe Scarborough who clearly is suffering from mental health issues.
And there are clear signs of mental health issues across the entire Cruz family on both sides, sometimes these issues become infectious to everyone around them as a result of stress and mind games and fixations that spread mental stress and mental issues to others. Those with such issues attract others with mental issues and fixations, where potentially dangerous mentally disturbed people hang out in the same crowd in a “birds of a feather” scenario viz Cruz and Glenn Beck.
Extreme jealously can also make one mental, look at Mark Levin for example who is possessed with jealous hatred of Michael Savage who eclipses Levin in popularity. A lot of Levin’s heart problems can be attributed to this jealous fixations that are also a form of mental issues of the John Hinckley Jr. venue, who by the way is absolutely still a danger to society and likely nowna frequent listener to Levin’s radio show. The scary thing is, the Hinckley types not only become Cruz-bot personalities, they also often turn and attack major persunalities including those they admire on the radio or TV.
It’s crazy out there. Listen to Hillary’s laugh.
One such angle has been the revision to the party platform. The press pushed this as a Manafort doing, or in the alternative, a Trump doing. Manafort was asked about this at every appearance on the Sunday shows.
DREW GRIFFIN, CNN SENIOR INVESTIGATIVE CORRESPONDENT: Could it be in the days leading up to the Republican Convention, the Republican Party actually caved to the Trump campaign and went soft on Russia, by changing three words in the Republican Party platform? Well, that's one media outlet reported, and many others run with. But there's a problem, that story is just not true. ...CNN's Liar Erin Burnett Show - August 1, 2016GRIFFIN: Erin, from all our fact checking on this day, we simply can't confirm any of this is true. Any of this reporting is true. Multiple people we talk to are telling us a completely different version of events that ones described by other media outlets. Unfortunately, that story was picked up by broadcast networks that did some talking on the Sunday talk shows and this just kind of got out of hand.
We talked to one of the co-chairs of the Republican platform committee. He tells us there was an attempt to strengthen language based on one handwritten hard-to-read note submitted by the delegate from Texas. It was discussed. The committee just decided to leave the language general. He also confirmed that nothing was done at the request of the Trump campaign. You know, it's really an example, Erin, of how fragile the facts are in this controversial election cycle.
BURNETT: Absolutely, and certainly seems that the campaign -- the facts come out in their favor on this one. Drew Griffin, thank you very much.
Worth reading the entire exchange and remarks by Drew Griffin, because CNN and the rest of the jackal pack press ran with several lies on this subject, all of which were total fabrications based on the premise that the RNC platform had been changed, when in fact, the platform was not changed.
"How fragile the facts are?" What the heck does that mean? The facts are the facts - the issue is that the press does not deal in facts, it deals in fiction, innuendo, and accusation. This is nothing new.
I think this story, the false accusation that Trump or Manafort changed the platform, based on literally nothing (the platform was not changed), merits some inspection. Not to get to the bottom of who started it, just to show that the press is approximately at the level of playground gossip.
The press is so afraid Trump might win theyre going all out on their nonsensical propaganda pitches. There will be no holds barred or any concern about looking impartial, fair, or reasonable from here on out. They know this is war. We need to understand whats happening and do everything we can to push back, correct the record, call out their massive double standards, and not let them get away with it.
Scarborough is, of course, just following the line laid down for MSNBC by his masters who run the network. Hes also providing a ridiculous excuse for why hes continually stabbing a former friend in the back with lies, exaggerations, and lefty spin, while continuing to wildly blow this Kahn nonsense out of proportion and distort what Trump actually said (which, although a tad snarky, was extremely mild and nothing compared to how Hillary has talked about Pat Smith). The media as a general rule consists of immoral, unprincipled people who are less trustworthy than the seediest used car salesman.
Yeah, Scarborough is right. Something is wrong with Trump’s mental health. He was so sneaky after his intern was found dead in his office. He must be some kind of sick bastard.
Oh. Wait a sec. I might have that mixed up.
Really, Joe? Are you anywhere near qualified to speak of mental health for anyone walking? What makes you believe that you are any type of mental health expert? Why should others think you might be? You certainly have a high opinion of yourself, Dr. Freud.
I thought I heard a female reporter on NBC national news last night (5:30 CDT) say something to the effect that “...people are saying Trump has more loyalty to Russia than to his own party or country....”. Possibly that is not what was said. I was doing 3 things at once, did not catch the whole report.
“Where are all the post Dem convention polls? I thought wed be reading about Hillarys bump by now.”
Hillary’s up quite a bit in the polls out since her convention unfortunately (even if Freepers mostly avoid posting about it):
Ahh yes, the old, "people are saying" ploy. Well, she is reporting accurately, people in the press are saying that, and they use several different things to justify the accusation.
Now, is the press persisting in its lying ways? Of course. A tiger can't change its spots!
And have they contacted him about Hillary’s habitual lying?
So, Joe: I understand that you have questions about Trumps mental state, and yet, you have no questions about the Hills mental condition. Would seem to me to be a simple case of having your head up your ass. Which seems to be your normal way of operating, thus making it very hard to see things clearly.
Can’t hear a word they’re sayin’.
“Stop it Joe, yer killin’ me!”
Trump is staying on the issues (as much as he ever has, at any rate). He spent probably half an hour in his Harrisburg speech yesterday on trade/jobs/the economy, and then closed with a litany of his policy stances, including the wall. It’s the press that’s gone absolutely wild on this Kahn issue that they created and are trying to pretend is actually of some relevance.
Trump has briefly responded to them a couple of times on the subject, which perhaps he shouldn’t have, but don’t confuse what the press is doing with what Trump is doing. He’s not done anything at all to “cede the movement.” The press, on the other hand, is trying to drown out any coverage of the movement with a ton of their own propaganda. I do think Trump needs to devise a better strategy of dealing with the press’s manipulations, distortions, and very partisan spin though.
I’m pretty sure every poll that has come out since the conventions ended has been posted and discussed at Free Republic.
No details, no facts—just the bugaboo that Americans fear most: MENTAL HEALTH. How do you do that in green, squiggly letters? What a crock.
Oh, found an earlier one, July 18 out of the Washington Post: "Trump campaign guts GOP's anti-Russia stance on Ukraine" by Josh Rogin.
The Trump campaign worked behind the scenes last week to make sure the new Republican platform won't call for giving weapons to Ukraine to fight Russian and rebel forces ...
Note that Rogin is not saying team Trump orchestrated a change to the platform, although the article does describe specific details of Trump team members negotiating with others on the language to be included in the platform, on this subject.
