Mainstream media figures from the New York Times to the Huffington Post to CNN are apoplectic Monday as their latest attack on Donald J. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, has crumbled yet again under the slightest bit of scrutiny.
Specifically, the newest line of attack to fall apart is the criticism of Trump over Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father who spoke at the Democratic National Convention last week.
Over the weekend and for the past few days since Khan spoke alongside his wife Ghazala Khan about their son, U.S. Army Captain Humayun Khan, who was killed in Iraq in 2004, media-wide reporters, editors, producers, and anchors have tried to lay criticism on Trump over the matter. They thought they had a good one, a specific line of attack that pitted Trump against the militaryand supposedly showed him as a big meanie racist in the process.
But, as Breitbart News showed on Monday midday, that clearly was not the case. Khizr Khan has all sorts of financial, legal, and political connections to the Clintons through his old law firm, the mega-D.C. firm Hogan Lovells LLP. That firm did Hillary Clintons taxes for years, starting when Khan still worked there involved in, according to his own website, matters firm wideback in 2004. It also has represented, for years, the government of Saudi Arabia in the United States. Saudi Arabia, of course, is a Clinton Foundation donor whichalong with the mega-bundlers of thousands upon thousands in political donations to both of Hillary Clintons presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2016plays right into the Clinton Cash narrative.

Trump could have honored the son while dissing the father.
As in, “Your son was honorable, but a surprisingly high, and unacceptably high, percentage of wannabe immigrants are not.”
That would have been enough, especially now that we know Khan has high level Dem connections and is a Muslim immigration lawyer.
He sure did!
He did. It’s just selectively reported. The danger of this type of criticism. It’s going to be twisted around and meant to damage.
That is pretty much what he said.
Well, this attack on Trump is utterly nonsensical. If your son was killed, why would you blame someone who had nothing whatsoever to do with it? Furthermore, why would you support someone who actually was complicit in creating the situation in which your son was killed?
Knowing the guy’s background helps one to understand the motives behind this guy’s bizarre attack on Trump. A) He is bought and paid for by Hillary, and B) he is a radical Muslim and no lie is too egregious when it comes to creating the caliphate.
Trump could have done a lot of things. Thankfully, he did the right thing AGAIN.

Vote Trump 2016
The whole Khan incident is going to blow up right in Hillary’s face and Trump will benefit every day as long as the Khans’ name is in the news.
Stay on offense!
And if Trump had followed YOUR completely stupid advice, Khan and the Clintons would NEVER have been exposed.
So, little nothing of a nobody, giving unwanted USELESS advice, I suggest that you refrain from posting your pathetic, extremely IGNORANT, "concern troll" crap.
Well, the fact that I said it shows that, as you have said, the reporting on this is Dem-party skewed. Even on FOX, Trump is taking a bit of a hit; everywhere else in MSM-world, he’s getting hammered by the running dogs of the Left.
Sure, the info on Khan is getting out on the Internet—his connections are how the Dems found him. That, and it was classic opposition research. But, that info is not in the MSM/FOX cluster.
What is an “Oppo dump?” It suggests something der Hildebeast would do when she had bad food. “Oh my gosh! She’s having an “Oppo dump!” Call 911! Get the hazmat team!”
But are people who don’t follow the news closely going to remember — or even hear — anything but the original story?
Well, you could read the reply I made to some others.
Your comments to me are pretty abusive, and if you’ve read other things I’ve written over the years, unwarranted.
I hope venting has made your day.
And Trump is on Hannity's show tonight, so he'll start getting the truth ball rolling then.
Is Trump running against Clinton or the goofy looking MB family?
Trump, in a statement released Saturday by his campaign, called Capt. Khan "a hero to our country and we should honor all who have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep our country safe."
He did. but, you won't hear that on the MSM.
"KHAAAAAN!"
