There is no way to reform Islam. ISIS is the reformation movement. If you take Mohammed out of Islam there is no Islam. It’s like taking Jesus out of Christianity.

What the author is asking is for the Muslim heretics, slackers, and Infidel collaborators to alter the religion to be more palatable to themselves and us Kafirs.
That altering and innovations of the religion in the 1700s is exactly why Muhammad Wahhab killed so many phony Muslims including Muslim slackers directly descended from Muhammad and his companions.
Islam is too straight forward and well documented a religion to change. And Muhammad sets the examples on how to implement it.
