Donald Trumps campaign on Sunday defended his wifes old nude photos as an artful celebration of the human body and added that the Republican presidential nominee isnt upset by their publication in The Post.
Trump spokesman Jason Miller noted that the shots of Melania Trump were taken before the couple knew each other.
Theyre a celebration of the human body as art, and [theres] nothing to be embarrassed about with the photos. Shes a beautiful woman, Miller told CNNs Reliable Sources.
In March, Trump retweeted an unflattering photo of rival Sen. Ted Cruzs wife, Heidi, in response to a pro-Cruz group circulating a shot of Melania posing in the buff as a model.
Asked whether Trump was upset over the release of the latest images, Miller said the billionaire was a little more focused on the direction of the country and what we need to do to get it turned around.

That’s it?
I’m disappointed
And, Rupert Murdoch seems to think that he is Executive Chairman at News Corp.
I have to assume that Murdoch has some influence at the NY Post.
Rupert Murdoch, the newly married, is in serious bad health and is not controlling the Post. This is not news - it’s been out there for awhile.
I suspect, though, that Trump is proud of his wife's looks and wants people to see these pics. I haven't seen him object yet, but maybe he will.
So the photos offend you?
Yes, the sons of Murdoch are liberals.
are hill’s hips enlarged via photo-shop or is that a real untouched photo?
Maybe I would have been more offended when I was younger, but at this point I just question why they are being used by either side in a political campaign. They seem to be beside the point for me.
No chance of the young child, or most young ones to see the cover. I'd bet the Post was sold out before breakfast.
So we fight fire with fire: Every time someone attacks Trumps’ wife, we post the gif of Obama’s disgusting daughter shaking her azz at a concert.
the 2 sons are running fox news ... far left. They hate Ailes, thus the recent events.
I looked at them again. Obviously, reminiscent of 1930s French photography which loved lesbianism and sado-masochism with a touch of coyness about them. The only one I didn’t like was the full length where her hand is over her crotch. Not very pretty.
Very Anais Nin, June & Henry Miller. Nothing is original anymore.
It’s been doctored. She’s big but not that big.
I don’t know......that white pantsuit was HUGE.
Those are two big-assed women. Literally.
Did you see how Chelsea looked when she walked out on stage last week? Phew.
The only people who can't see this are the die-hard dems who would still vote Hillary even if a video surfaced of her shooting Foster. Everyone else? It's just helping them wake up faster because it's so dang obvious. The MSM doesn't see that yet, so Shhhhh.....
There a a lot of ppl on twitter and other social media who are picking out well-sourced memes and tagging them to dem groups/hashtags. And if the meme posters get censored by the social media software (i.e., bias), other posters just pick it up and retweet/repost. Word is getting out; the stupid MSM are just making everyone mad enough to fight harder.
Actually, my fear is that Biden or someone will step in and "save the day" because Hillary develops "health issues." THEN we have something to worry about.
That's a silly comment. They idolize beatiful women and run weeping to their concerts and appearances. The drag queens impersonate their female idols.
[are hills hips enlarged via photo-shop...?]
Nope, they are what they are.
Well, as someone who can barely operate his iPhone, I am in no position to judge somebody else’s photography. I don’t think that this issue has caused much of a stir.
What were we supposed to notice?
