Binney was an architect of the NSA’s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001, after spending more than 30 years with the agency. He referenced testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in March 2011 by then-FBI Director Robert S. Mueller in which Meuller spoke of the FBI’s ability to access various secretive databases “to track down known and suspected terrorists.”
“Now what he (Mueller) is talking about is going into the NSA database, which is shown of course in the (Edward) Snowden material released, which shows a direct access into the NSA database by the FBI and the CIA. Which there is no oversight of by the way. So that means that NSA and a number of agencies in the U.S. government also have those emails.” “So if the FBI really wanted them they can go into that database and get them right now,” he said of Clinton’s emails as well as DNC emails.
Asked point blank if he believed the NSA has copies of “all” of Clinton’s emails, including the deleted correspondence, Binney confirmed.
“Yes,” he responded. “That would be my point. They have them all and the FBI can get them right there.”
Binney then went on to speculate about something even more shocking: that the hack of the DNC could have been coordinated by someone inside the U.S. intelligence community angry over Clinton’s compromise of national security data with her email use.

In our government today we have lies stacked upon lies. We have the Hildabeast supposedly deleting 33,000 of her e-mails. You have Comey saying they can’t recover the e-mails. Anyone who has worked in government, knows the e-mails are “out there” somewhere. Most importantly, common sense says our government had ‘hacked’ the e-mails from the moment they were created. The hypocrisy is stunning. While sitting on these hacked e-mails, our government lies and makes it appear that only the Russians ‘hacked’ the e-mails. So, most computer sophisticated countries, including our own, know full well what is in the e-mails and the full extent of the Hilldabeast’s treason. Only the American people are the ones who have not seen the e-mails. As Trump said, we will never see them unless the Russians make them public. Why, you might ask are they going to these lengths? Why are Republicans going along with the big lie? The answer is that globalists are still in charge, running the show, which explains their all out assault on the Nationalist, Donald Trump. What this sordid story boils down to is that the Hildabeast is the globalists’ champion, a corrupt, insatiably greedy, walking, talking, lying witch who is in competition with Obozo for winning the all time U.S. Wrecking Ball Award.

Supena the NSA to release THEIR email database of Hillary’s email database found by reading the Russian, Israeli, English, Japanese, Chinese, and Polish (and everybody else’s) email databases.
I am almost as certain that if the FBI really wanted the whole story, the NSA could have arranged a very plausible "discovery" of a backup made by someone just following SOP that was somehow "missed" in the Clinton directed clean-up (aka evidence destroying) sweep. Who knows, it was not only possible, maybe they did give the emails to the FBI and they ignored them. As you say, it is plainly obvious Comey is compromised. No doubt he could have, would have, and quite possibly did direct his agents to destroy and ignore the NSA data dump.
Implicit in your post is the assumption that NSA actually has the emails now.

Very possible, even probable. However, the people in the NSA have also no-doubt seen the odd disappearances and "accidents" that surround obama and Clinton. We're only talking about a few GB of data. Something that would easily fit on a thumb drive or two. Data that no-one wants to officially admit exists is easy to officially ignore and/or copy when everyone wants you to erase the logs and any trace of it. If the NSA personnel have any common sense, there are multiple copies of that tucked away in odd places, and some very direct sealed letters waiting in their lawyers files marked "just in case."

Given the Obola-Holder-Clinton-Soros-Lynch administration, I would go the other way around.
The NSA and DOD and ALL other intell agencies would be FORCED to delete all the email information it had, but the BATF/DHS/FBI - and everybody else doing “background checks” for gun purchases would be triple backed up, and the paper copies kept as well in each agency!

Gee, imagine that, someone in our government concerned about the dangers the Clintoons have put their country in for the Clintoon’s personal gain re money/power! On the other hand, the DOJ/Lynch and FBI/Comey have a loyalty to the Clintoons instead of America.
