Thanks to Putin’s incompetence, many Russian athletes are banned from the Olympics. I had thought that just about any leader could handle fielding an Olympic team. Putin can’t even do that right.

There’s no incompetence, he did exactly what he wanted, won the medal count at home. Doping will always be caught eventually, but nobody cares about eventually, he won the medal count during, that’s when people were looking.
