Speaking to Polish television, a former member of Poland’s counter-terror police and an academic expert on information warfare and terrorism have articulated their concern about the intellectual and spiritual collapse of European civilization, remarking it is “at the end of its existence”.
But the free flow of guns and grenades West is not the main problem Europe faces said the officer. Pointing to the existential crisis of a lack of faith and confidence, Mr. Wrona said: “The worst problem for [the police service] is political correctness… Europe is at the end of its existence. Western Europe is practically dead. These people live in a void, without ideas. And then come along the young, who [only want] to make money, as once did the barbarians”.
Polish politicians and public figures have consistently been at the forefront of robust responses to the Europe migrant crisis. Breitbart London reported the remarks of Poland’s interior minister Mariusz Blaszczak after the Islamist Nice attacks that saw 84 killed this month when he said multiculturalism, immigration, and political correctness were responsible for the killing.
Earlier this year popular Polish magazine wSIECI splashed on the “Islamic rape of Europe” with a graphic front cover which was shared around the world as mainstream media reacted in horror to the frank discussion of the “clash of two civilisations in the countries of old Europe”.

Setting that aside, I agree wholeheartedly with them.
First spiritual death, then economic death, then chaos.

It isn’t a clash, rather it is one attacking an unresponding other. And only one approximates a civilization.

I wish there was, but the Poles are people who know all too well what its like to have outsiders come in and destroy your culture. They understand that sometimes you have have to do a cavalry charge against tanks because the only thing worse than dying is living without honor as slaves.
They also know that as western Europe falls, eastern Europe either falls to Muslims or falls to the Russian empire. Either way, all the great civilizations will die.
Eastern Europe has the gift of perspective.
The most accurate and concise diagnosis.

I'm Polish. Maybe you can explain the joke, because I don't see one.
Europe needs to throw off the shackles of multiculturalism-political correctness, and reawaken there own culture. It’s not racist. You can bet your life the Islamics and a lot of world’s trash they’ve let in are racists and much worse. Come to think of it, the US should do this too.
I wonder if Russia will seize on this and try to make nice with the Poles to try to lure them away from the West.
As always, Poland gets caught in the middle.
So why is Poland siding with the EU and NATO? You’d think Poland, Hungary and a few other of those Eastern European countries would unite and be a buffer independent of both Russia and Western Europe. What seems to be dead for civilization in Europe is France, Belgium and Germany.
I don’t see it neither.
And I don’t mind a good Polish joke, myself, as long as it’s funny.
Poland understands. Hungary understands. Slovakia might be getting there. Everyone else is gripped by some version of the Stockholm Syndrome.

All of the former Eastern Block countries are sanely pragmatic and understand threat all too well. My fav politician is Hungary’s Orban.
