Why would Hillary need Vince Foster to compose a file on the Clinton girls? Hillary had a woman working for her (wish I could remember her name - older gal at the time) who’s job was to dig up any and all dirt on Monica, et al. Vince had to have been up to something else.
Which is why you don’t get more info of dirt on her on websites like this, chances are if you did you might experiance the same fate.

Murder, lies, drug dealing, blackmail, bribery, that is the name of the game.
Bill Clinton always said he admired the Kennedys. Joe Kennedy (patriarch) was a leading member of organized crime in the 1930s and remained influential in it until his stroke in the early 1960s.
The Kennedy model for controlling the Boston media (intelligence gathering for blackmail, bribes, threats) was utilized nationwide by the Clintons.
The “touchy subject” is the relationship between intelligence agencies and organized crime. Let’s just say opposition would _not_ be a fully accurate description. :-)
In the early days of FR many of us were trying to crack the Vince Foster “case”. We were stunned to find that the intelligence community wanted the matter closed—but we did not find out why.
There is an intelligence community tie to the Clintons—it may date back to their anti-war days as moles reporting to law enforcement—the evidence is spotty but circumstantial.
However, the Mena Arkansas drug dealing tie to the CIA is well documented. It is hard to believe that could have happened unless the Clintons had not already established their criminal and intelligence community bona fides earlier in their careers.
Back to today: The Clinton Foundation and “innocent Chelsea” is classic Godfather 3 stuff.
Like in most crime family demises it only takes one to create a domino effect. Our new administration needs to find that one

Do you mean Vince couldn’t get Parks to give him the files?
That Parks gave them directly to Hillary instead?
Therefore; Vince, who was going to be killed once he gave the files to Hillary, was killed at once, since Hillary already had the files?

Compelled to comment: Not sure how I linked back to details about V Foster, been following since it happened. Just read Lisa Foster New Yorker interview.
Learned that Judge Moody’s son died a few later in mysterious 4 a.m. crash - reminds me of Breitbart’s Hollywood Mercedes into a palm tree crash -
So then I learn that Foster’s widow meets Mr. & Mrs Moody at Moody’s DC appointment to federal judgeship (by WJC).
Soon after, Mrs. Moody dies in her sleep.
A year later Judge Moody marries Foster’s widow. He was age 55 per new reports - ergo - chances are deceased Mrs. Moody was perhaps younger? Died in her sleep? How? of what cause? Why is this death not also connected to the Clinton death trap?
This would have been poor Neal Moody’s biological mother. Did Neal learn something foul about his mother’s demise?
