Lets skip the debates, lets have a sort of amazing race kind of contest. Let’s see them go through problem solving challenges. How do they think and react in unexpected situations... Build something... find something, work in an unfamilar culture or context without help from staff.. Go from place A while accomplishing 10 objectives through 5 obstacles with 3 unfamiliar resources... THAT will be far more telling than moving their mouths...
