Read the article. This is no smear. FOX settled with her for $3 Million when she filed suit. It was under a non-disclosure agreement which she just broke by speaking with the media.
Just because they settled still doesn’t make it true.
I’m not defending the guy or accusing him. He should have his day in court.
My point is, we shouldn’t automatically believe it just because someone says it - ESPECIALLY in this day and age.
Fair enough but just because you settle may simply be a desire not to have a very public trial with all the fallout that might entail. May indeed have been entirely consensual but let’s be frank, that’s some goofy stuff and embarrassing.
