Khan addressed this expressly, this morning (or recorded and played back on one of the political chat "lie like hell" programs).

I think Trump's remark on that was totally off the cuff, and not meant to be aimed at Khan. And he was remarking about one line.

STEPHANOPOULOS: He said you have sacrificed nothing and no one.

TRUMP: Well, that sounds - who wrote that? Did Hillary's scriptwriters write it?

It's probable that many people have this sort of style or creative insight on that one-liner, "have sacrificed nothing and no one" Interestingly, after some cursory research, I don't think that was plagiarized ;-)
