I think Trump's remark on that was totally off the cuff, and not meant to be aimed at Khan. And he was remarking about one line.

It's probable that many people have this sort of style or creative insight on that one-liner, "have sacrificed nothing and no one" Interestingly, after some cursory research, I don't think that was plagiarized ;-)
