I think Trump's remark on that was totally off the cuff, and not meant to be aimed at Khan. And he was remarking about one line.

It's probable that many people have this sort of style or creative insight on that one-liner, "have sacrificed nothing and no one" Interestingly, after some cursory research, I don't think that was plagiarized ;-)
After reading so many WikiLeaks garbage the DNC has pre-written points for every news out for every occasion. They have a network that gets it out and from the looks of Twitter that's also their points to retweet.
