I think CNN has a typo in their poll. It should be:

Clinton after speech: 171% positive, 12% negative (see footnote)
Footnote: Negative responses thought the lighting was a litle harsh.

The identifier was that the CNN poll had the people having a very favorable opinion at 70% before the speech and 75% after. Quite a sample.
