For Harvard law professor Laurence Tribe, not only do Donald “Trump's "jokes" about Russia amount to "inviting an adversary to wage cyberwar against the U.S.," but they also "appear to violate the Logan Act and might even constitute treason,” he tweeted Thursday........adding that he “must have been hallucinating” at hearing Trump’s calls for Russian hackers to infiltrate Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s emails.

You gotta love how stupid they are. The servers have been decommissioned. If there was any hacking, it was done back when Hillary was running the servers before they were “wiped”. The hacking cannot be done on servers that are not online anymore.
Or maybe it’s just that they think the low-information voters won’t be able to figure that out.
Back in day of Glorious Soviet Union, joking about Comrade Stalin would get one a five ruble note (five years in the GULAG).
BTW, it wasn't sarcasm, Trump was looking straight into the camera without a grin or a wink. He set up a trap, and these assholes fell into it. Trump is clever, and he proved it again yesterday.
Isn’t it nice for a change to see Democrats getting politically bamboozled and left clueless as what to do next. Hillary’s convention is being completely overshadowed by Trump.
The gift that keeps on giving. I’m sure this is just what HRC wanted people to be talking about the night of her big speech....her emails.
The claim of sarcasm was another trap, and they’re falling into it as well. It’s just another reason for “Hillary hacked emails” headlines to dominate what would otherwise have been an unmitigated (if unrequited) lovefest for Her Royal Highness?

Donald said something like, if the rooskies can find them. A bit awkward turn of phrase, but the most plausible reading is, if they happen to be lying around somewhere in the kremlin.
Trump gets JUST scandalous enough.
That's a fact. The real problem is that he has comrades aplenty right in the Supreme Court..
It’s almost as if he’s go the media on a giant leash and he can just yank it whenever he wants to change direction.
“Article III, Section 3 of the US Constitution:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
I find it remarkable the a Harvard law professor could reason that anything Trump said or did would fit this definition.
Who knows, maybe they have a new smallest room server yet to be discovered? Wouldn’t surprise me.
I have to believe that is the case. No one who has a cursory knowledge of the facts would make such accusations, but they are counting on the public being too busy with their lives and just hearing the word "treason".
1) No one needs to invite other countries to try and hack or servers - they will be doing it anyways.
2) Treason is keeping classified information/emails on a private, non-secure server.
3) Treason might be outsourcing tens of thousands of personal records to a ChiCom third party company - as did Obama's fine Government a few years ago.
4) Treason might be telling the Russian President that the United States will be more "flexible" after the 2012 election.
4) The Server in question, Hillary's illegal bootleg server, has been off-line for over a year. It is not 'hack-able'.
5) Trump was talking hypotheticals. "IF" the Russians hacked Hillary's server - they can do the old drunk a favor by handing over her "missing" emails
The media and Tribe knows this - they are just trying to get the "Treason" sound bite out there. Of course by doing so, they are acknowledging that Hillary kept damaging, and classified, files on her hack-able non-secure server.
All the newspapers I read leave this little detail out. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.” He is making fun of the press!
There isn’t even officially a cold war going on any more. How does this Tribe get away with this... this... horrible XENOPHOBIA?!?
