I sincerely believe Bill doesn’t want her to win. He doesn’t want to share or be eclipsed by her in history.

That could be. But there is another factor in play. If Hillary wins he will be in the public limelight again and have to spend a lot of time in the WH, etc. Bill can manage his girlfriends much easier on the outside.
