Trump offered something new. He spoke directly to the people who are hurting and he was honest with them. She just spouted off the same crap liberals have been spouting for decades. I don’t think people will fall for it this time.

Hannity just had Newt on for a long interview. Newt is so easy to listen to, analyzes and proposes real world solutions. This speech was down the list for this convention - Hillary not a orator - but she hit every special interest group so they will be happy. But the bigger question is why a voter who has seen her proposing her agenda for 30+ years and not succeeded, would think her being in charge for the next four years would change anything?
On Trump, Newt says he is making the transition from primary candidate to party candidate but has not finished getting there. He suggests Trump make a serious of focused policy speeches such as on infrastructure with specific solutions he proposes. If he does that we will very happy and confident come the end of October.
