It's really hard to believe that Mr. Coleman actually went to law school with his suggestion that second-guessing the prosecutor isn't fair at this juncture or maybe it's just his bias shining through?

He suggests she was right to prosecute because she had "probable cause." That may be, but having such doesn't do you squat if you can't prove your case in a court of law. Today she blamed her embarrassment on the "police investigators." That's rich because the prosecutor's office investigated the case, not the police. Apparently, Mr. Coleman ignored that point.

Coleman goes on to argue that the case "had a set-back" when the officers announced they would not testify against the others. There's a shocker. The brilliant Ms. Mosby failed to take that into her calculus despite having probably cause.

Looks like Ms. Mosby was also taken by surprise when the defendants opted for bench trials. Musta missed that day in class at law school when they discussed the defendant's options. What's a poor prosecutor to do?

Not to worry! According to Coleman frivolous prosecutions are like sports: it's only a bad shot if you miss. Who cares if you wreck peoples lives with your "shot." Not to worry though, the brave Ms. Mosby saved the city.

Gotta love these people!

Sorry Mr. Coleman, no where in law school did this complete moron Mosby learn that it was ok to prosecute police so that criminals of her race would not burn a city down!

Coleman is practicing reverse racism. No, let me correct myself, just “racism” period.

I distinctly remember the day she “calmly walked to the mic” and basically told the rioters “I’m with you”. She did not talk like a prosecutor, she talked like a community organizer and there was no doubt at that point about the six officers not getting a fair trial if a jury was involved. The judge should be the one getting the accolades .... he rendered “true” justice for those who put their lives at the mercy of his judgement and wisdom. Also not mentioned in this article was the fact that more than once the prosecution withheld evidence from the defense or tried to dump reams of documents on the defense and court at the last minute. The judge was having none of it and it likely led him to question the honesty of their case(s) & evidence. Also, in this last conference, Mosby doubled down on the police investigators & was whining that the prosecution had no say in the defendants selecting a bench trial as opposed to a jury trial. She deserves to be disbarred and the police deserve monetary justice from Mosby & anyone else (Baltimore City) for their lives being disrupted and made a living hell.

I heard the beginning of Marilyn Mosby’s speech. She sounded like she was losing control. And she sounded stupid, inexcusably stupid. Scary to have somebody like her as prosecutor. The female Nyfong!

A bad week for Mosby. Not only did she finally give up on sending any of the cops to jail, but she got passed over by Hillary in favor of an old white man for the VP slot.

Best thing that happened to the cops was that the prosecutor was an affirmative action graduate instead of a qualified candidate for law school.

The reason is pretty obvious: she’s worried if she keeps this up she might lose her law license or at least be censured for her unethical behavior.

Was this in haste? (Well Duh? She is hastily seeking to escape the trap she set for herself.)

Is this a political move? (Well Duh? Everything she does is a political move.)

Could she prove the case? (Well Duh? Obviously her lack of success record proves that she can not and would not!)

Was she in over her head? (Well Duh? She's so far in over her head that only her wig will be visible floating down the river!)

“...but second guessing her judgment isn’t entirely fair.”

Yes it is.

It’s also perfectly appropriate to assume that the scrunt is just another SJW worshiper of Black Liberation Theology and was fully aware of and on board with the lies and distortions invented by the Freddy Gray clique.

TLDR version.

There’s no reason not to assume that this ‘prosecutor’ isn’t involved in criminal conspiracy.

Wait till the 6 charged officers sue Mosby for prejudicing their cases with sweeping public generalizations before they had even been charged.

These cops will be millionaires by year’s end - that should drive the bleeding-heart writers at The Root pretty much insane!
