Sounds good! I’m doing grilled chicken with a cilantro-lime sauce, fresh corn on the cob, watermelon cubes, and coconut cream tarts. My husband loves coconut cream pie, but a whole pie goes to waste, so the little tarts work out well. The rain is down to a drizzle, so I’m hoping I can grill out on the BBQ later!
