Hillary Clinton's campaign manager Robby Mook pointed to media reports when asked for evidence that Russia was behind the embarrassing Democratic National Committee email hack.
'It's a theory that is being put forward now by CNN, by the Washington Post, by the New York Times, these are the experts speaking out on this,' Mook told the Today show's Savannah Guthrie who brought up that Republican Donald Trump has called these accusations a 'conspiracy theory.'
Mook noted that CNN had reported yesterday that the FBI is investigating the DNC hack, but admitted that no government official had confirmed the connection to the Clinton campaign.
'They have not communicated that to us,' Mook said. 'I am simply going off what the reporting is telling us.'

Another thing is for sure....if the Russians hacked in, then you know they have all of Hillary’s 30,000 emails.

Mook replies that “experts” are saying the Russians hacked the DNC, probably to help Trump. No follow up questions re: who are these “experts”?
Later, everyone at DNC is asked “What makes you think the Russians hacked the emails?”
“Oh it must be true, we saw it on CNN”
Rinse. Repeat.
Even if a russian speaking person was involved, that does not implicate the Russian government anymore than it implicates the Ukranian government. About 8 years ago one of my web sites was hacked by russians, the russians were located in Denver at the time. So when is the FBI going to investigate the numerous crimes indicated in the email content ?

Mission accomplished, the focus is now on Putin, Russia, Trump who said Russia was involved, etc. Anything but what’s in the e-mails.
ABC news just did a nasty hit piece blaming the ruskies for the hack, then tying Trump to them with his quotes on how he respects Putin as a leader. Shameless.
