Hillary Clinton's campaign manager Robby Mook pointed to media reports when asked for evidence that Russia was behind the embarrassing Democratic National Committee email hack.
'It's a theory that is being put forward now by CNN, by the Washington Post, by the New York Times, these are the experts speaking out on this,' Mook told the Today show's Savannah Guthrie who brought up that Republican Donald Trump has called these accusations a 'conspiracy theory.'
Mook noted that CNN had reported yesterday that the FBI is investigating the DNC hack, but admitted that no government official had confirmed the connection to the Clinton campaign.
'They have not communicated that to us,' Mook said. 'I am simply going off what the reporting is telling us.'

I was turning the dial last night and saw a round table discussion on MSNBC with Chris Matthews and others. He was asking whether the leaked emails could be tied to Trump, through the Russians. Some were speculating that Paul Manafort had a client in the Ukraine, so it could have happened.
I don’t know whether they had any comments on the emails themselves, because I don’t leave MSNBC on for more than a minute at any time. But the concern was for who hacked the server, not the emails. Amazing!
Two nights in a row the network news is talking about Putin doing this in order to help Trump because he’d rather have him in the White House than Hillary.
Tonight ABC pushes supposed links between Trump and one of his campaign officials and prominent Russians (while the opportunistically blind MSM can’t find the Clinton corruption connections).
So this is becoming about the FALSE NARRATIVE that Trump is Putin’s choice.
Trump needs to tweet immediately: “These are the same people who blamed the Benghazi attack on a video.”

My take when he decided to go to FBI he sent the leak to wiki. When he was murdered they started action

Putin should now file a lawsuit against the Clinton campaign for false accusations/allegations and make them provide concrete evidence in a court of law.

1. The hacks began a year ago. Putin knew Trump - at 2% at the time - was going to win?
2. The hacks hit other government agencies, not just the DNC.
3. The DNC was warned and did nothing.
4. The hacks happened over the course of a year. They were hacked MANY times.
5. Putin already owns Clinton. The 100 million uranium deal and many other shady Clinton Foundation deals. Nothing that has been unearthed thus far touches Hillary directly.
6. The U.S. interfered in a Russian election. Putin had a motive for payback regardless of Trump.
7. Putin ran over Ukraine and did whatever he wanted under Obama/Hillary. Why would he risk the pushover Dems and try to get Trump in office to stop him?

By the way, did you notice low level staffer Seth Rich was shot in DC a few weeks ago. That shooting seems to match the Clinton's MO.
CNN is not a reliable source per Clinton emails.
