I thought it was a good speech for Hillary. I think it probably was the most effective for her in terms of whitewashing out all the corruption, humanizing her, and making her look like a caring person who gets things done. Now you and I aren’t going to want to vote for Hillary because we know it leaves out the full story of their marriage, the corruption, the national security blunders, etc. However, for the Democrats at home who may be undecided or the independent women in particular, I can see them being swayed by this speech.
Now Alicia Keyes is on there singing about Hillary being Super Woman.
Now she’s singing about bigotry, unity, acceptance, celebrating differences, etc. (Meaning that you vote Democrat because Republicans are bigoted, divisive, intolerant, all the usual crap they trot out, etc.)
They can try to whitewash the corruption, but Newt came on Hannity and in seconds mentioned that he glossed over the scandals and the foreign policy failures. It was pretty vintage Newt.

I wonder what how good the ratings will be. I noticed that there were fewer people watching the YouTube PBS feed tonight (33,000) compared with Tuesday’s RNC headliner with Don Trump Jr (55,000 IIRC).
Even democrats and independents refuse to back a fake marriage. The clintons would get more respect from the left if they divorced and acknowledged they were still political allies. Instead they are FAKE and try to act like they live in the same household, which they don't, and they even see each other on a daily basis.
