A new spin on an old attack
As they gather in Philadelphia Monday to nominate Hillary Clinton, Democrats plan to take a lesson, if not outright direction, from their playbook for defeating the last wealthy Republican nominee, Mitt Romney.
Four years ago, Barack Obama relentlessly caricatured Romney as an out-of-touch millionaire, who could not relate to the needs and concerns of ordinary workers. Clinton’s campaign plans to do the same — and worse — with their new enemy, Donald Trump, honing their attack on the bombastic billionaire, as a leader who only looks out for himself.
Joel Benenson, the Obama-turned-Clinton ad-maker, previewed the assault in an interview with TIME. “He’s been a deadbeat when it comes to paying people who did work for him, and I don’t think that’s what white working-class voters are looking for in a President,” said Benenson.

Someone should explain to Hillary, Donald Trump is not Mitt Romney. They may both be wealthy, but the comparison ends there. Oh well, she’ll find out.

Unlike Romney, Trump is not embarrassed by his Wealth. Epic Fail. Trump spends his own Money while Clinton spends everyone Else's Money. She hasn't worked and risked anything her entire life and has spent all that time living off the Taxpayers or her Rich Sycophant Buddies by making 20 Minute (secret) Speeches. Her work history rivals Obama's month of scooping Ice Cream at Baskin Robbins.
For Pete’s sake, her own campaign does not pay its bills. I bet there are emails floating around that underscore this.

I imagine Team Trump could put one “feel good” story a week out there, and make it part of his stump speech to prove that Trump understands and cares about regular people. They could easily put far more stories out there to prove that Hillary despises anyone beneath her, which to her is everyone. I hope Hillary tries this strategy. “What difference does it make.”

Romney was/is an out of touch millionaire - Despite his Billions, Trump and family are firmly grounded with “the little people” - it’s where they dwell in their hearts.
Her family isn’t allowed to look or speak to her either.
That strategy worked on Romney because he was a stiff.
It won’t work. With over 20 million in his social media and Trump in the media every day giving interviews this stale democrat playbook won’t work.

Cruz took on Trump's wife and Trump got even with him to the point that everyone understands who is off base.
Megan Kelly crossed Trump and he let her have it.
Supreme Court Justice took on Trump and he made her apologize publicly.
Anyone heard from Liz Warren aka Pocahontas recently? She played the game longer than most, but finally decided to lick her wounds and retire from the game.
Trump will reduce Hillary to a crying and blubbering (good descriptive word) of fearful fat if she crosses him. That is his style. If you cross him, expect to get verbally bashed in a way that sticks far more than you gave.
If he is so bad, then why did so many of Hillary’s Hollywood allies gladly hang out with him for decades?
Trump’s kids would also be Exhibit A in fending off such an attack.
They may be the most impressive thing about him; kids of a billionaire who are not screwed up.
The boys can tell of Dad’s turning them over to construction superintendents and telling the supers to train them on every piece of equipment, telling the supers to be tough on them, and assuring the supers that Daddy is not going to respond if the boys come running to him.
Then the supers can say what great workers the boys are.
Contrast that Web Hubble look alike Chelsea Clinton, who got a no work job broadcast media for huge bucks; and who lives in a $10 million apartment and insists “she is not interested in money.”
What the media and Democrats fail to grasp is that the American populace is less bothered by the wealthy who actually earn their money.
I’ll bet that like three dwarfs acting like a singular person under that coat.
Clinton is the one who is an out of touch millionaire.
