It’s really quite amazing how entrenched the media is in these schemes. Even though we all knew it.
It’s becoming clear from these e-mails that the DNC uses surrogates as one of their primary weapons.
It’s really striking how callously they treat them. There’s never any polite ‘Could you please do..’ or ‘could you please say..’, just the DNC issuing orders: ‘Say this talking point’ and ‘Publish this op-ed draft.’ It is as if they are ordering soldiers around on the battlefield.
I know that none of this should be surprise anyone who has familiarity with how the left operates, but it is amazing to actually see it happening.
If I were the GOP, I would decline any further interviews with any of the orgs implicated in these emails (practically all the big lib media outfits), and would instead focus on outlets like OAN, Newsmax, and maybe Fox (or FBC, at least). What's the point in doing interviews with people that won't give you a fair shake? Lots of hay to be made here, but I seriously doubt the GOP has the will to do anything about it. Trump, on the other hand...
