Like a clock, every single time there is a media-hyped mass-shooting, Obama rotely returns to his podium and calls for gun bans and strict firearms regulations. It has almost become cliché. He, of course, WILL NOT speak to the motivations of the assailants, except one time, when Dillon Root -- a true racist who happened to be photographed in front of a Confederate Flag -- and in this example, Obama spoke quite a bit about incentive, when he was not focused on gun control.
Most of the rest of the attacks were motivated by Islamics who were strictly interpreting the Quran, or committed by racists in the black community who's anger was directed against Caucasians and/or police. Here, however, Obama routinely ignores or actively covers up the motivations of the shooters. He is greatly aided by a complaint and colluding press, who report Obama's words without questioning them or pointing out the fallacies included therein.
The sequence of events have become monotonously repetitive: Shooting occurs, and within hours, Obama is calling for gun bans -- often before the nature of the attack, the identification of the attacker, and the discovery of the type and make of the firearm has even been made!
Even the odious New York Times noted that Obama is engaged in a completely ritualistic behavior, though they unsurprisingly fell firmly into the gun ban camp.
This ritual has two purposes: To keep the idea of gun bans firmly in the public's mind, and also to distract from the inspirations of the shooters. Are they black people, who murder police officers? Obama goes to guns. Are they Islamics who kill 50 in a gay club? Obama goes to guns. Are they the clinically insane, who attack fellow university students? Obama goes to guns. Are they Jihadists who managed to sneak their way into our military and on to our bases? Obama goes to guns.
No matter the scenario, and with no mention to the motivations, Obama repetitively calls for more gun control.
Now we see the same behavior in Germany, where Sigmar Gabriel (of the Social Democrat Party) has joined the Chorus of the Mindlessly Boring, and proclaimed that gun control is "an important issue", and that Germany "must continue to do all we can to limit and strictly control access to deadly weapons.
This is a uniquely fallacious opinion, since Germany has some of the most onerous gun laws in Europe. The attacker, a German citizen of Iranian descent, purchased his firearm in a completely illegal fashion, yet the left pushes further laws.
Perhaps they can save time, and simply reprint the laws they have in a larger, bold, italicized font. It would do as much good as what they plan to propose.
The definition of insanity is doing the same actions and expecting different results. However, maybe the results they wish to achieve are NOT related to mass shootings and crime. Perhaps the results they wish to achieve are darker and more malevolent: Disarmament of the native-born citizenry while hordes of military-age Muslim men are imported for whatever nefarious reason they hold confidential.
The insanity of the left is on full display, and the mendaciousness of the Globalists and Elitists is clearly demonstrated, over and over again.

What I heard on TV after this most recent mass killing in Germany:
Media person #1: Germany has very strict gun laws! Incredibly strict! Its like France for gosh sakes! How could this person possibly get a gun??
Media person #2: There is an enormous black market. Guns are easy to get. If you know the right people, you can get anything you want. Anything.
Media person #1: Well, maybe they need to toughen up those laws!
It’s cray cray
Contemptible bastards all.

Well said.
That's it in a nutshell
The GG's are nothing if not persistent, and that is exactly what we need. Every week we should have pro 2A representatives/senators introducing pro gun legislation.
Mandatory AR 15 ownership, requirements that all citizens buy and maintain at least 8 standard capacity (30 round) magazines, tax credits for ammunition purchases etc.,etc.
It doesn't matter if the proposed legislation is constitutional, effective, relevant or even possible (the left's efforts seldom are), just keep the libs humping.
Make them spend their time trying to put rafts of bills down just to keep the status quo.
Their chit really gets old.
